Motley Crue star Vince Neil has confirmed his girlfriend has survived a deadly plane crash involving his jet, which left one person dead.
At least one person is dead and four are injured after a plane crashed into another jet at Scottsdale Airport in Arizona.
Officials said theincident happened as one jet veered off the runway and struck another after the left landing gear failed.
The 64-year-old vocalist’s partner Rain Andreani, 43, and her friend Ashley were rushed to hospital and suffered injuries.
The dogs they were travelling with also survived the tragedy.
In a statement posted to X which has since been deleted, the Home Sweet Home hitmakers said: ‘The pilot was tragically killed; the co-pilot and other passengers were taken to local hospitals.

‘Vince was not on the plane. Vince‘s girlfriend and her friend suffered injuries, albeit not life-threatening.
‘While details are still emerging, our hearts go out to the families about the pilot who lost his life in the passengers who suffered injuries.’
‘Mötley Crüe will announce a way to help support the family of the deceased pilot -stand by for an announcement very soon,’ the statement added.
An earlier statement had confirmed two pilots and two passengers were onboard, and Vince was not on the plane.
Reports by TMZ claimed Rain suffered five broken ribs.
Vince – who has been married four times in the past – has been with Rain , 43, since 2012, according to reports.

The YouTube star and social media influencer regularly posts pictures with her rockstar boyfriend on Instagram, and formerly worked as a celebrity makeup artist before founding her own beauty academy.
Though the pair rarely talk about each other in interviews, Vince has shown his affection for Rain in social media posts, with a sweet caption last year reading: ‘You’re perfect @rainhannah_ How did I get so lucky? I love you my valentine.’
In a statement, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) had said: ‘A ‘Learjet 35A veered off the runway after landing and crashed into a Gulfstream 200 business jet on the ramp.’
Scottsdale Fire Department Captain Dave Folio said that ‘we have five souls, one (dead on arrival), two immediate that have been transported to local trauma centers, one delayed stable to a local hospital, and this is still an active scene’.
‘We are still working on extricating one soul out of one of the airplanes’, he said.

Sources earlier told Arizona’s Family that the incident killed at least one person and that two people were rushed to a hospital and at least one was treated on the runway.
‘We do not know how many people were on board. The FAA is temporarily pausing flights into the airport,’ said the agency in its initial statement.
CCTV footage from the airport showed a plane on the tarmac with several fire engines and ambulances surrounding it.
The crash happened around 2.45pm. Flights at the airport were temporarily halted.
Scottsdale Mayor Lisa Borowsky announced that the airport was closed.

‘Today, Scottsdale sadly experienced an aircraft accident at our airport,’ stated Borowsky.
‘On behalf of the city of Scottsdale, we offer our deepest condolences to those involved in the accident and for those who have been taken to our trauma center for treatment. We will keep all affected by this tragedy in our prayers.’
It occurred as multiple collisions and incidents in aviation in the US have many travelers worried about flying safety.
Just two days earlier, a Japan Airlines plane hit a parked Delta Air Lines jet while taxiing at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. The wing of the Japan Airlines plane that had just touched down from Tokyo struck the tail of the Delta jet which was set to depart for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. No one was injured in the incident.
And on January 29, a collision between an American Airlines regional jet and a Black Hawk helicopter killed all 67 people aboard both aircrafts and was the worst aviation disaster in the US since 2001.
