Shakira stopped by the 2025 Met Gala to walk the red carpet in a gorgeous bubblegum pink number. The Latin superstar took a break from her world tour to make an appearance at tonight’s festivities wearing a form-fitting custom Prabal Gurung gown that featured hourglass cutouts and a tiered, puffy train.

She stunned on the red carpet with her signature voluminous mane and golden hair color. The mother of two is currently in the midst of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour, for which she recently finished the Latin American leg. She made history with her 26th show in Mexico, the most times any artist has ever performed in the country.
Currently, she is gearing up for the North American leg starting on May 13. The Latin superstar is set to restart the tour in Charlotte, North Carolina, at the Bank of America Stadium.

Her latest album, Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, is taken from her extremely viral comeback collaboration with the Argentine producer Bizarrap called “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53.”

The album, which she put out in March 2024, was her first full-length album in seven years, and it all started with the now-iconic Bizarrap song, where she addressed her tumultuous divorce from her husband of 11 years, Gerard Piqué.
