Nicole Kidman is well and truly in her Babygirl era. Attending the TIME 2025 Women of the Year Gala in Los Angeles, California, the actress wore the prettiest princess dress that seemed to nod to her latest role in Halina Reijn’s psychosexual thriller. Kidman’s pale pink dress featured a fitted corset-style bodice and a tiered tulle maxi skirt trimmed with white lace. She wore her hair down in loose waves and finished off the look with a fresh pink lip. Overall, the look simply screamed Babygirl.

Kidman later added a touch of business chic to the look, throwing on a cropped black blazer that perfectly hit the waistline of the gown’s skirt.

This is just the latest in a stream of looks for the Babygirl press tour. In December, she wore a strapless gown covered in pink organza flowers for a premiere of the film. Kidman has also leant into the business side of her character on the red carpet. Earlier this month, she wore a suit and tie for the SAG Awards. Her latest look seems to combine both—and it doesn’t get more Babygirl than that.

Kidman plays Romy in Babygirl, a high-powered CEO who begins a sub-dom affair with a young intern and turns her seemingly perfect life on its head.

As Kidman said after a recent screening of the film, shooting the explicit scenes wasn’t always easy. “There was an enormous amount of sharing and trust and then frustration. It’s like, ‘Don’t touch me,'” she said. “There were times when we were shooting where I was like, ‘I don’t want to [simulate] orgasm any more. Don’t come near me. I hate doing this. I don’t care if I am never touched again in my life! I’m over it.’”

In another interview, Kidman revealed that she had to “heal” after the trauma of making the film. “I’ve done things where they clean my chakras and pray and get out the sage,” she said to Zendaya for Variety. “Honestly, I’ll take whatever so I can step into the next place free, and not scarred or damaged or wounded. Which sounds like I’m batshit crazy, but I’m not. Even just a massage, where suddenly you get a beautiful touch. That’s healing, and we have to heal.”

Kidman was honored as one of this year’s TIME Women of the Year in part for her dedication to working with female directors—she has worked with 19 female directors on film and TV projects over the past eight years. “It was something I wanted to do because the only way to change the numbers was to actually get in the trenches and do it,” Kidman said to Time. “And so I’m still in the trenches doing it.”
